International Disaster Responder (Domestic-Based Volunteer)

American Red Cross recruits and trains US-based volunteers, including nurses, as International Disaster Responders. Note: recruitment/training is domestic — the US Red Cross does not place volunteers abroad directly; deployment happens through the wider Red Cross/Red Crescent movement when needed.
